Soon the three horses emerged from the trees. Ursula ran right at Fuco and began to nuzzle him while Catriona stared up at him in awe, her wide eyes taking in her surrondings. Yuma was a much larger colt now. He was nearly reaching the age of a yearling, his handsome dark palomino coat glimmering under the sun and his long pale mane shrowding an eye.

Marie trotted around, holding herself perfectly. Her somewhat rich Arabian background clearly showed in her concave features, the way she curved her long neck gracefully. She also had quite a few Friesian features. Like her strong, somewhat muscular build, her thick long and wavy mane and tail, and snout. Her deep brown coat, with tinges of chestnut here and there, shone brightly in the sunshine, droplets of water sparkling like diamonds here and there.
