I bought a 12 week old started Pullet from a lady who raises hatchery chicks (I believe bought from Murrey McMurrey or Ideal). The Salmon Faverolle I ordered does not have a muff or beard. She is 6 months old and the same size as the Barnevelder of the same age. She has not started laying so I don’t know egg color. Could she be a Brahma?

No she definitely is not a Brahma

I wouldn’t be surprised if a hatchery Easter Egger lacked muffs and a beard, but a Faverolles or Ameraucana that lacks a beard would be odd.
Hatchery EE aren't required to have them. Some businesses use Legbars in their crosses.

So many hatcheries sell "d'Uccles" without beards and muffs, thus making them Booted Bantams. I can see Faverolles being bred without them, because lack of care for proper genetics can create heterozygous parent stock.
