Chenoa lay on the ground with her front legs desperately trying to cover her ears. Every morning She would awake to a man shouting followed along with cries and whimpers of a dog. She absolutely hated it, Her owner would go to the abusive man and complain sometimes.. But that never worked. Getting up to her paws with a grunt Chenoa padded along the forest line, A heavy metal chain made a *clunk* sound as the leather collar around her neck tightened. Sighing Chenoa plopped onto the ground drifting off into a deep sleep~
