I would use a Q-tip and pull some of the cotton off. Try to bring her tongue up. She can't breath.

I do not know what a "rose chafer" is (do you have a link?) What kind of bedding do you have in the coop...?
You have given little info so I can oly gues that you cannot see the tongue as perhaps something is caught in her throat and perhaps the tongue is retracted in an atempt to try and dislodge it?
Have you held the bird and attempted to see into the throat or feel the neck to see if you can feel anything?

I did see the tip of her tongue when i looked down her throat but other than that it is just a big hole to her crop. Her is a link i found same exact thing as i have, but i cant e-mail her. UGH! i dont think it is the rose chafer but i will get a link for you.

Can you reach in her mouth and grab the tip of her tongue and pull it forward and look down her throat for somethong stuck in there?

Do you think the bug could still be alive and tickling her throat?

im not sure that it was a bug, but they are coming out now and are poisinous to chickens. I tried the Q-tip thing and i thing i pushed it further. I looked a while ago and it was almost there then i double checked and it was gone. I put her back in the coop, she has energy and wanted to get out of her cage.

Prize rosebushes may be protected by a cheesecloth frame while the beetles are in flight (most of June). Handpicking the beetles may help. Rose chafers should not be fed to poultry or family pets; these insects are poisonous (apparently because they contain cantharidin, a blistering agent). I'd call a vet and see what they might have to say...
