No, that's actually a great idea HCCLK.
I have to do something every night. I also throw in a chapter of bible reading time. I keep almost burning my room down by falling asleep and leaving my lava lamp on! I know it sounds weird, but, sometimes, drinking milk with vanilla, sugar and an ice cube in it right before you go to bed with help too. AND it tastes super great!
