All the bologna on the internet about wing sexing is just not true.Ok. Thank you for your feedback. His/her wings appeared to have double rows of feathers from the very beginning. This was a day old chick when I got him/her, and I checked the wings several times in the first few days. Does the double row of feathers hold true for Australorps as a possible indication of being female?
It only works for very specific lines of birds.
