You didn't see her completed dish AFTER the initial set of pics. That is NOT burnt! It's well down. Golden brown like a well done cookie. No black at all so by verture of the color fact alone it doesn't come close to qualifying as "burnt".

Do you realize that the residual heat from the HOT eggs will melt the cheese if you let it sit for a couple minutes?
probably true! But not gooey right?Just wait until you see.Yeah, good to see.
Thanks! Good to know! I usually add the cheese and spinach after I flip it and cook it in the pan but I will try this way maybe. Or I might try not burnt first and then this way. It’s actually usually not as thick if I don’t add so many eggs. What else are you trying to melt??? Cheese melts quickly from the heat of the cooked eggs. Any other fillings that need to be heated or cooked (bacon, spinach, etc) should be cooked ahead of time and added to the omelette at the last minute.
but I like using 3 or 4.@ChocolateMouse This is what Kiki wants me to show you.
Here is just how balanced they are.

They're metal. CNC machined aluminum. They're really shiny. Nice that they come in a magnetic case, too. Of course, the corners are flat, so if someone placed one like that it would probably just stay unless it was way off balance but I presume they know what they're doing and have all sorts of controls in place for it. It's a pretty neat dice concept and I like it, especially having seen how bad some of the chessex dice are.
Are they plastic or metal? Can you do a bob/float test with them to test the randomness for funsies?
Houndstooth is a black and white checked pattern. It can vary slightly.hounds what?
