Nooo these are way too fancy and complicated!!! LOL I don’t like them so thin and weird looking!!! Much better fluffy lol I do do the whisking thing in the bowl but the stirring thing in the pan is just weird!!!

Stirring is what allows it to cook through with out browning or burning, by constantly moving the least cooked bits into direct contact with the pan. That way you never even need to flip it. Just cook, fill, fold, and serve.

Probably the most interesting thing I'm doing right now is making plans to cast baby rabbit skulls and other recognizable bones into dice. My BIL is 3D printing me a custom sized die for it for us to mold in silicone.

This makes sense but how does the cheese and stuff melt otherwise!? Couldn’t I turn it down lower and also not burn it? Idk. It just seems so weird to me to do it that way but I guess I could try it. But I like my way
