No power; no water here, and no hot water either 'cause the electric co-op gave people a lower rate for going all-electric. Then the previous administration made it impossible for them to carry on doing that. (sigh) No meth heads way out here either though, so there IS that..., and that is kind of a big deal.
Yes that’s the one thing that I’ve liked about this house....having gas heat and gas hot water!! We had a heater on the pool when we first moved in....dh messed up the timer one year though and I got hit with an $800 gas bill!! There was actual steam rolling off the pool! 😆 now we just use like 5x the average electric because of the pool hot tub walk in cooler etc
 
I will allow a 10% of the gross income. After all, they are providing the corn, and all production materials! :lau :old
Typically percentages of gross income are down in the 1% or lower range. Net profit percentages can be and are much higher due to the fact that it is often possible to not have any profit or to hide any actual profits. No matter how hig the percent of net profits is, the payout can be zero if there is no net profit.
