I barely eat any vegetables. My main diet currently is toast with butter and jelly or maybe some peanut butter

I can eat like 4 or 6 slices or more a day

Or chips or ice cream. Currently I eat horribly.

I actually originally started taking the riboflavin and magnesium because I heard it helped with migraines and was recommended to me and it does seem to have helped. I barely get any now.

And the multi thing I thought would be good.

But maybe I should stop taking the B12 ones. I only started taking those cause my mom got them at her work. I used to take fish oil Pills too but stopped those.
Stop taking all of them and concentrate on your diet. Also "I heard" is a terrible reason to do something. Do a bit of research yourself, or at least make the person you heard it from cough up sources. If the source is something like WebMD, Mayo Clinic, or other reputable source, great. If it's something like allnaturals or vitaminlife, take it with a huge chunk of salt.

Do you have access to good, healthy food? Like, all the time?
@CarpCharacin, get over here! I might as well lecture two people on healthy eating habits at the same time, rather than make two separate posts.
Let me go over my notes, and I'll lecture....

I think it was pretty reputable because they took it themselves and hadn’t had any in over a year and they also said that a neurologist told them that they would no longer see patients for migraines unless they were taking at least 400 mg of each of those. And from the research that I did do (should have mentioned that) and my experience, it does seem to be a real thing. I no longer get them even from things that used to cause them.

But I still probably should focus more on my diet and health and stuff. Because I will admit sometimes if I’m feeling carpy or whatever I’ll take them  :lau

Probably wouldn’t feel carpy if I ate better, slept, moved, hydrated, whatever.

But I’m worried if I stop taking them, then I’ll feel bad again.

Maybe I should ask a doctor or something, idk. And maybe it’s not even doing anything.

I do but I just usually don’t feel like cooking.

But sometimes we also don’t have any vegetables cause my parents, mostly mother, always seem to buy tons and then no one eats them and then they go bad.

So then I don’t feel like buying more even though the store is down the street.

I really need to start. But my parents eat horribly too and no one really ever cooks anymore.

Yes. Ask a doctor. Better yet, ask a couple. Just like every other profession out there, there are good ones, bad ones, and a whole lot in between.
Mine is good, I like him, but I’m not sure if my new insurance will cover him or not. But is there a test or something to see if I’m deficient in any vitamins or minerals or whatever???

Maybe I should just stop taking them cold turkey and see what happens. :lau

I’ve also been taking a Claritin redi tab every day lately too

Yes, there are tests. They require a bit of your blood. Can you start with an email?
