Stop taking all of them and concentrate on your diet. Also "I heard" is a terrible reason to do something. Do a bit of research yourself, or at least make the person you heard it from cough up sources. If the source is something like WebMD, Mayo Clinic, or other reputable source, great. If it's something like allnaturals or vitaminlife, take it with a huge chunk of salt.I barely eat any vegetables. My main diet currently is toast with butter and jelly or maybe some peanut butter
I can eat like 4 or 6 slices or more a day
Or chips or ice cream. Currently I eat horribly.
I actually originally started taking the riboflavin and magnesium because I heard it helped with migraines and was recommended to me and it does seem to have helped. I barely get any now.
And the multi thing I thought would be good.
But maybe I should stop taking the B12 ones. I only started taking those cause my mom got them at her work. I used to take fish oil Pills too but stopped those.
