I think I just need to force myself into it. Willpower and shit. But my willpower is awful. But I guess now is as good a time as any to improve it.Bad habits are hard to break.
BUT they can be broken.
You just need to tell yourself you are ready to win.
Good habits are just as hard to start but once you start them they become the new normal quickly.
I think I have a pretty good idea though and all the doctor bases it on is what I tell them. I also majored in behavioral science and can usually recognize when I’m getting bad again. And right now I feel great. The most I have is a little bit of anxiety and depression. And the depression is basically gone atm. I will admit I could maybe use something for the anxiety but I’m not ready to go there yet.Again, you're not the best judge of that. Please just go see the doctor.
