Good habits are just as hard to start but once you start them they become the new normal quickly.
I think I just need to force myself into it. Willpower and shit. But my willpower is awful. But I guess now is as good a time as any to improve it.
 
Again, you're not the best judge of that. Please just go see the doctor.
I think I have a pretty good idea though and all the doctor bases it on is what I tell them. I also majored in behavioral science and can usually recognize when I’m getting bad again. And right now I feel great. The most I have is a little bit of anxiety and depression. And the depression is basically gone atm. I will admit I could maybe use something for the anxiety but I’m not ready to go there yet.
