High school... so, about a decade ago. It's over and done with now. If you don't like some of the stuff that you wrote, then erase it or scribble it out or spread Wite-Out over it. You don't need to burn the entire thing -- actually, burning it would just make your family suspicious.

Yeah but that was so long ago. Does your mom actually still worry about it? Or even remember? I can't imagine my mom ever gives any thought to my time in high school...except to be glad it is over...or maybe if it comes up in her nightmares
Well, that’s exactly the problem. It’s all bad except for like two pages. I think. Idk, I just skimmed it last time I checked. I only wrote the bad stuff down. Had no need to get the good stuff out.
so it’s filled with horrible memories not to mention language and stuff I would never do or say now. I really think in this case burning it would be best but I can’t bring myself to because of the like one or two good pages. I need to tear those two out though and burn the rest. Except it’s this weird plasticity cover and has like ribbon all over the bind and of course the metal bind so I don’t think it’s even burnable? Idk. All I know is all it does is bring back horrible memories and upset me anytime I read it.
