Cruel isn't it?
Eclipse's crowing is getting better! He actually sounds like a rooster, now, and not like a strangled foghorn.
Kirby and Simnel are also starting to crow. Both sound like choking squeaky toys.
They try their darned hardest, the sweethearts.
When I first started taking my dog to the groomers, they did this cut on him. Left the lion's puff at the tip of the tail and a fluffier head. I did it one time and ever since then, I was like, "No, just shave him all the way down". No more tufts of fluff. He goes the 24th to get groomed. He is going to feel so much better. The shedding is ridiculous right now. I think the groomer should have shaved down the legs a bit better personally, but I think she looks so cute! I am sure she feels a TON better!
Kinda sad part of the day for me. I just went out to tuck the birds in, and noticed the empty spaces on the perches, where BeeBees, Red, and Sunshine would usually perch. lost those three last month from multiple sicknesses. They were lovely pets, and I miss them dearly.
Rest in peace my beautiful girls. I hope you are getting better care, than what I tried to provide
for you![]()
Thanks KiKi
That’s totally understandable!!! Luna does shed A LOT lol I think she sheds more than the dog didI finally acquiesced and started getting our cat groomed/shaved after we had kids. We just didn’t have the time and energy for cleaning and fur control that we had before children. My son is also allergic to cats which didn’t help.He was an older cat and needed a few accommodations that made rehoming unlikely. It was the best compromise we came up with and I started to find it cute after awhile.
