... That actually sounds pretty good.You have to use some oil for frying or you would just be boiling them. Thin sliced potatoes like you would use for scalloped potatoes with sliced carrots, diced onion, salt and pepper. Fry like normal, when nearly done, pour beer into skillet and continue cooking until all the beer is evaporated.
I have enough recipes that I have my own cookbook. The beer fried potatoes are not in it.... That actually sounds pretty good.

Excuse me fungus(mushrooms) is usually put into dishes to act as a carrier of other flavors as they are absorbent. SoFungus is delicious.
