they don’t have that much sugar surprisingly! Though I add some to the tea

But I should note I don’t drink all of them together at once. Don’t die @featherhead007

But I usually pick one to put in the tea lol but I was just saying I like all of them

But my favorite atm is French Vanilla with the vanilla oat or the plain oat/almond blend lol
