And no not raw meat! LOL they just THINK it’s raw meat! I just like sometimes reheat burgers or steak or whatever in there if they get cold. Or sometimes my dad will make the burgers way too red so I’ll cook it an extra minute or two in the microwave. 🙈 or my eggs or whatever I’m eating will get cold and I’ll reheat it a million times cause the reheated one gets cold again 😂🤣🙈

They say it’s meat abuse LOL I have been known to ruin some meat and other foods in there before 🙈

I should probably quit it for real with the ice cream and snacking though. I just weighed myself again and dang I gained a lot 😭 weird thing is though I don’t look that big like I did before :confused:

You should always make conscious decisions toward healthy eating and exercising, not because of a number but to feel healthy and comfortable in your own body.
That being said, you really need to get your pre-diabetes under control. I'm not gonna go 'round the mulberry bush about it, but you need to go to a doctor to see where you stand.
And yea, stop eating ice cream. That's a once-a-fortnight treat.

I don’t weigh myself like a ton but just occasionally I guess. Whenever I get curious I guess 😂

But yeah, I definitely wanna do it for those reasons too but like... being as overweight definitely is not good either 😂🙈 not even really for looks or anything, I don’t really care about that anymore thankfully, but it just cannot be healthy. Especially since I lost probably 20-30 pounds last year and I’ve gained it all back and then some 😭😱

And yeah true although it’s been pretty managed I think, idk. I feel good but that’s probably not the best indicator. And it’s probably bad again since I’ve been bad again lately. But first I need to call and switch my PCP cause I got new insurance recently and haven’t done that yet.

And once a month!? OMG! :eek: :th I don’t think I could do that :oops: but I can definitely drastically reduce the amount. 😂🙈 thankfully we’re out right now so I just won’t go buy those Tillamook flavors I wanted or anything else. That’s probably a major reason why I’m so fat again 😂🤣🙈 well that and the other horrible choices but still. I need to keep swimming too I think. I like that more than walking haha

"Curiosity weighing" is exactly why I got rid of it. There was a time in my life where curiosity would become obsession.
Not that that's a problem for everyone, but I do believe that fat/muscle percentage is more important than the number.

Hubs is looking visibly slimmer these days just by reducing his soda and dairy intake--nothing drastic. Small adjustments add up and are less likely to collapse when the initial momentum wears off.
