One single store in my area sells elk patties. That and ground buffalo. Sadly, thats as exotic as it gets in my area

I like fresh ones, when they're nice and crisp. But just the smell of them cooking makes me gag. They taste crazy bitter, and kinda acrid to me once cooked.

I cant eat them either. Ive tried, but they taste terrible and give me heartburn and indigestion. I can, and do, eat chile peppers though

I am still in danger of rabies and you hit me like that... I am soooooo soooo hurt.

Still not sure if you’re kidding or not. I know rabies can lay dormant, but 50 yrs seems like a very long time. And you mentioned getting your shots. Did you complete the whole series of shots?

As a whole, i do believe you’re pulling our leg because you cannot give yourself rabies. Either you have it or you dont. But, it is possible that you truly believe you can, for lack of a better explanation, reactivate your possible rabies.

Either way, I agree with Saff. If you are truly concerned please call your doctor. Or, honestly, a veterinarian. I dont know too many MD’s that are very familiar with rabies. You could always cold call to save embarrassment.

i was gonna catch up here earlier and i had something i wanted to say but now .....i must’ve been distracted by something shiny

I pickled 25 dozen last weekend.

Thats quite a lot. How did you package them? Just in jars or did you do like a canning method or something? How long do they keep? I LOVE pickling my quail eggs . That mayak recipe is delicious by the way. Thanks!
