My power is out. I was too busy just worrying about the bator that I forgot about my babies outside with no light.
Thankfully it's 70ish out there. They aren't dying.

I was at a fish fry one time and the one cooking dredged the fillets in mustard then a batter fish fry as opposed to dry fish fry. I was hesitant but it was the best fish I ever ate

When I’m frying anything I always add mustard to my egg wash. It does give it a good flavor but surprisingly does not taste like mustard.

Yellow mustard when smoked is inert. It’s just a spice binder.
