Many of you already know about my single chick my broody hatched for me a few days ago. Anyway never shared any pics but thought this one kind of goes with this conversation so thought I'd add for your enjoyment. How much sweetness is this? Sorry for poor photo quality.

Does rabbit taste similiar to anything?

Kinda like chicken...hehe. Most of the meat is in the thighs. My mom made the most delicious marinated teriyaki rabbit thighs - baked, then seared on the grill. One of my favorite meals.
