Guineas require much more space than do chickens. People who have large enough coops (barns) can get away with housing them in the same area.

I kept my guineas in a separate coop and could free range them and the other poultry in the same area at the same time with zero problems. The guineas would keep to themselves as would the other poultry. There was no interaction between the species.
