Thanks @Tesumph. Yeah no one answered my bump question ... but Im not talking about the egg tooth. I'm talking about the white fleshly lump close to the chicks nostrils. Maybe it's not showing up to you guys in pics but I'm going to do a closer shot to see if it shows more. It's probably normal i just never noticed it on my other chicks.

I’ll look on my chicks later tonight and see if it’s on mine. It doesn’t look like it’s a problem to me.

I have this need to visit every state, even the ones that don't sound appealing to me. I figured I can find the best thing to do in each state. Even the "bad" states have got to have something worth seeing, whether it's outdoor scenery/hiking/national parks, or a museum or historic site, or maybe some incredible regional food/restaurant to try out.

Good Ginger! We only have one coop and run, and it’s currently being used with a tiny “coop” for integrating the 10 week olds. Once that’s done then these babies get that and we start the process over again.
Did I mention that we are keeping these unless someone buys them

Haha! We also only have one coop and run, but this is the first chickens I’ve had in a while. Was your original intention to sell them or were you always wanting to keep them?
The run is very close to being done, just little patches of the wall to finish and a section of the roof. It’s a huge 20x60 area, we’re burned out. Oh and all the hay needs to be forked out.
It probably won’t happen until I’m better and can drag the Ginger out by the ear myself.

Thigh high boots - we call them waders and they are usually a lovely rubber color. Camouflage is popular. Yes, I might have a pair. High heeled waders are the worst. Really don't understand those.

Gaga is gonna get mosquito bit in those waders.
