I think you should just look for any type of movement. If it moves, it's alive.

My guess is that they are still 3 or 4 days from pipping.

Yes. It'll move around too a bit. Once you see that though, no more looking. Just leave them be with the dip in the aircell facing up. You'll know what I'm talking about when you see it.

No, no PhD but a Masters in Marine Biology, was just explaining how to figure the real % Rh (relative humidity) after conducting a salt test calibration of a hygrometer, so @shawluvsbirds could calibrate their hygrometer.
PS: sometimes I don't explain things very clear, I take it for granted that someone asking a question has some understanding of what I'm saying!

I think I see the veins getting darker. Does this make sense to anyone? Would the veins getting darker mean they are dying?
