I wouldn’t bother. If I took down everything on my property that was listed as toxic I'd have a few trees and some mud left. Chickens can eat just about anything.
Don't worry I am not digging them up now.



I have a few different green shrub things and I had planned on putting some int he quail cage outside now Nutty has me rethinking doing so.:barnie
 
If you're going to brood them inside longer than a week, make sure you have a lid, they jump really well when they are trying out their wings. They feather in pretty quick too.
I just put my quail eggs in lockdown last night, should have babies of my own in a few days.
No deal.
They will not be in here that long.

I do have hardware cloth ready just in case.
