If you insist

Is it Tuesday yet?
I wanna see duckies!

I am aware.
I probably will not make a thread or article because it may get controversial like my Wh You Shouldn't Raise Incredibly Friendly Chickens one did.
Did you ever unlock that one?

Just another couple of thoughts.

Where are the chicks being brooded? Is it possible they are getting exposed to something in the environment -- cleaning fumes, cooking fumes, perfumes? I know that people who keep parrots in their house are advised to not even cook with teflon pans.

I'm not ruling out the feed, but if it wasn't moldy and didn't smell, I wouldn't be 100% sure of it being the culprit. Unless of course, it's botulism, which doesn't smell, and would explain the neurological effects.

If you still have the bag, I would send back a sample to the manufacturer, explain that you think it sickened your chicks, you fear something like botulism, and ask them to test it and send you the results. If it really is the feed, you could be saving the lives of untold numbers of chicks out there who are eating this feed.

Sorry you are having to deal with this all, and hope we aren't overwhelming you with too much advice.
