What is this contraption you are using?

So this was my big splurge because the incubator was so damn cheap, it's a Titan high intensity egg candler for dark eggs. The home made candler I had always used for my broody hens was just not cutting it for some of these darker eggs I got from the incubator lady.
It was like 24.99 on amazon.ca so probably half that price for you Americans, it works amazing!

I have never heard anybody in WI talk with that accent.

I don't sound like that. People tell me I have a different accent. Fair enough, I was born in MA and lived in NH until I was 5.

Hahaha, my DH recently called to make an appointment with an ortho doc for his shoulder. And the doctor's name (we can never remember it) is Dr. Jarmon (rhymes with Charmin, like the toilet paper, if they still make it. You know, please don't squeeze the Charmin. Anyway).

The doctor's office left a voicemail, but my DH's phone translated it to text. And what it read was, "Dr. German Sausage calling...blah blah blah ... " instead of "Dr. Jarmon's office. " We were in hysterics.

Now we just call the guy Dr. German Sausage, and we never forget his name.

Usernames are usually some form of your real name-- for what ever reason autocorrect always wanted to make my username "kabob stop"

@KikisGirls, I did not come from Facebook, I did not know that BYC even had a FB page til I read this thread. I am just and honest to goodness old school lurker. I am a fairly sarcastic person and that tends not to translate well to forums so I tend to avoid them....lol
