I can't imagine that you are going to need added heat if it is 100 degrees right now.
I would not add anything.I was pondering that myself. Night time low is supposed to be 59, although I don't think it will get below the low 60s in their shed. Temperatures then steadily start dropping over the next few days so lows will be in the low 50s by early next week.
I was tempted to go with just the huddle box, no added heat, but am a little worried about them dog-piling and squishing a chick. My counter test shows the seed mat raising the interior temperature about 7 degree over ambient temperature -- it's not really hot.
Still scratching my head a bit.
