The evil hormones. Interesting.

The broody is molting and only has one tail feather. Too funny. I'm still getting eggs from the others as strange as that is. I figured they would all molt at the same time. Very courteous of them. How long does no egg laying last while molting?

Too long.
All of mine are molting and I am only getting random eggs every once an a while.

Sorry, I know that was really vague.

Issue one (which is really weird/awkward and I almost didn't post it publicly)

I don't think my mom quite understands how OCD works. If I could stop doing it, don't you think I would've by now? Lol that said, I do need to work on it & probably can eventually but it's definitely not as easy as "stop doing that" & saying I look weird doesn't help. I know I do.

Issue two was I was worried about my brother but that's been resolved now sort of cause I went to other brother's house and made him call him/talk some sense into him. Can't/won't go into more details publicly but it also relates to a third issue which I definitely can't/won't post

Is her bumblefoot bad?
The infection could be spreading and making her feel worse.

I’ll try and get a picture of it tomorrow. She has it in both feet, Rooster has it in both, molting Brahma hen has it in one. The young ones don’t have any, but the three other hens that I haven’t been able to check may have them too. It’s so wet and muddy here that I just don’t know what to do.

Nooo! I hope not for you.

Thank you We’ve tried three times to get a hatchling from her but two times they died in shell, and the other is when the broody killed it. She is basically a dog in chicken form.
