➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

I have no clue what a BBQ cups is but I do use these cutting mats. Perfect.
I worry that they might flip. Themselves out before I cut though.
Dickies BBQ ==> Any large, supersized, plastic drink cup from a fast food place. Not Styrofoam. Think hard plastic to contain a quail. But a paper cup should also work. Oh, use a red solo cup. Will the quail fit in a red solo cup. (you lift me up! red solo cup!)

I have never heard of Dickies BBQ before.
I don't do solo cups but I do have a collection of Starbucks cups!

Since I don't know Starbucks, are the cups quail sized?

If they are too small, punch the bottom out so you can get your finger in to guide the head down and out. Should cradle the quail snuggly.

And another item. All the incubator builds are using 12VDC fans. You can buy a 120VAC fan for the same money, especially if you are ordering one anyway. Save you the hassle of an inverter and wire it direct. Thanks, I feel better. :)

The Hova Bator egg turner has the eggs on their sides. Like a hen does. I understand if they are stood up that they take up less room. But it really shouldn't matter. It's these little things that I lay awake at night wondering about. ;)
