Are they loud?Well, quail are good but now you have to raise pheasants....their way more tasty!![]()
Ring necked can get pretty loud the other ornamentals are usually quite, breeding season is really the only time they get worked up and call all day long. But most peeps wouldn't know what was making the noise unless they have heard them before...my neighbors don't complain and it gets pretty loud with around 50 cock birds crowing at the same time.Are they loud?![]()

I think there's a thread about the nose bump, if I recall correctly the consensus was the bird probably bumped his upper beak area on something hard so a bump formed.
