Hurry up and wait is a big portion of life. How you manage your time is important. School is teaching you how to succeed in life.

For example, I won't wait in line for a dinner table. There is too much competition for me to wait an hour to sit in a loud, crowded restaurant. 15 minute wait? Nope. You have 5 minutes to find me a table.

This weekend is going to be busy. I figure I "need" at least 3 quail cages. Breeders and 2 grow outs. Batty & Kiki - what is the optimum numbers?

What is this on the side of her face?

Same question as Kiki, did that appear overnight? It could be swollen from a peck, bug bite, etc.

I used to live next door to a hardware store. It was so much easier to find what I needed in the hardware store than to try to hunt through the miscellaneous stuff that I had at home.

Unknown. I have to corner this one to grab. I try to be stress free. They decided to start sleeping in the nest boxes again and I took opportunity to trim flight feathers. Will monitor.

Eye bubbles on other one have disappeared. She scratched it bald, but it is healing. Lethargic Leghorn appears better also.

Yes.

Stocking density is 1-2 square feet per adult bird.
Number of cages. 1 breeding/layer + 2 grow out cages. Trying to see how many I can juggle. If we get serious, may not do CX in the spring. May.

2'x6' gives 12 square feet ==> so 6-12 birds.
= 6 adults mean 1 or 2 boys plus 5 to 7 girls.
= 12 means 12 grow out juveniles

6 girls mean 4 eggs for breakfast or hatching daily? On average.

How old is it? Any pictures of the bird standing up? I’m actually think pullet now!
