I just read this morning that most of the fires were caused by human actions. Prolonged drought isn't helping.

Yeah, apparently the Camp Fire may have been started by utility line issue. Death toll so far is reported at 59. It was a very fast moving fire. The whole town of Paradise is just completely gone.

So I heard. I am sorry for them.

Unfortunately, fire risk is a given when choosing to populate an arid environment with urban development.
