➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

I'd say it depends on the goat. We had a few breeds growing up and my favorites are the Lamanchas. They were sweet and gentle and less nasty to trim.
Regardless of how old they are, unless they've been mistreated, someone has been trimming their hooves so they ought to be used to it to a certain extent.
What kind of goats are you getting?
I'm also getting goats this spring! So excited. I think I'm going with the mini Lamancha or the mini Nubian.
We’re just researching for now but looking at miniature dairy goats too. I’m loving the looks and temperaments of the mini Nubians. I’m a sucker for long ears.

Such amazingly athletic dogs wow  everytime I see videos of these guys I'm so amazed. Watched plenty of trick videos of them too. It's incredible what they can do. Although I must say that the fourth clip around 38 seconds just seems really stupid amd dangerous and just like untrained dogs? Although they are wearing muzzles (which they sometimes use to build confidence/teach them how to "fight" without being able to bite) and on long lines but he doesn't appear to be wearing a suit or headgear or anything... and there are three dogs. If it IS supposed to be some sort of training exercise, it is a stupid and dangerous one and quite frankly, I don't think he knows what he's doing lol I may be wrong. Maybe someone who knows more about it can tell me. I also don't think the one with them running straight towards the kids is very smart, even if he's protecting them, and the puppy in the last clip seems kind of aggressive?, but besides that, it's a cool video and wow are they athletic lol they are wayyyyt too much dog for me to handle though and are always "on", no off switch, so I wouldn't get one now or ever. Except maybe way way in the future when I have more land and time to devote to them. Anyway, soo athletic lol

I only do yoga once a week. I try to swim the other two days but it is hard to get to the gym when it is cold and crummy out.
I love swimming. I just hate chlorine. So very, very much. My skin feels like stretched crepe over a skeleton when I get out. Unless you are lucky enough to have access to a salt water pool????

Those ears are something else, aren't they? I love standard Nubians too, but they are BIG. Still might get just one. Such sweethearts :love

Dude. If I was going to be afraid of a dog, it would be a dog like that

The standards are big! I would want to make sure the parents (we decided on kids) were smaller sized. I’ve been looking but apparently it’s been a buckling year! :gig Let me find a picture of the cutest one ever I saw on Google.
