Do you have a Fitbit? I highly recommend power walking. It is so much easier than sit ups.
I will reach at least 10,000 today....it's still early.:old

I do but I have to find it lol but I don’t mind sit ups so much. I stop when it starts getting difficult lol I might do both. Regular working out and walking or running. Cause I wanna do the legs and abs and stuff but I also want to improve my heart and lungs so I’m not like wheezing lol

Worked out again this morning, which I think I already mentioned, and now going for a walk. Just had a nice breakfast/lunch/brunch? With a 3 egg omelette (1 my own, 2 store eggs) with American cheese and spinach, 1 slice of sourdough toast, a little bit of 2% cottage cheese, and a glass of orange juice. And of course water. And I had some mango earlier. Not mango juice, just fresh mango.
