I want I need I want I need I really need I really want I’ve always had a soft spot for the spotted ones.

When I lived in Kansas, we would go to the fair every year and they have a live birthing exhibit because of the KSU vet program. Every single year there would be baby piglets all lined up on momma and I had to be dragged away every time. I even got to hold one!!! These were feeder pigs though.

I also got to see a Holstein calf being born which was super awesome.


Gosh I can’t wait until this is my real job.

I love the spotted orange ones so much too, but I just love her little face and her pink snout!
I can't count the number of calves I've seen born, but it kinda amazes me every time. Those crazy long limbs sticking out, and sucking in, then eventually ... PLOP ... onto the ground! I recall stuck babies several times that needed help and it's really fun when they have them down in the field and you have to haul them back up to the barn.
Baby critters are really just such a good time. I can't wait to get my kids in a couple months!

I don’t know if I could deal with their heat cycles. Bella, our bulldog, is just coming out of her 2nd and it’s been the longest 21 days of my life.

I've never noticed a heat cycle in my four years with them. If they behave differently, it must be very minor for me not to notice at all. Or maybe I'm just that clueless!

We didn’t spay Luna for a few years and she was a massive pain in the ass, way too clingy/affectionate and would rub up on everyone and everything and also sometimes just lay there and scream lol I honestly think it’s part of why her and the dog never had the best relationship, that was his first impression of her and she just pissed him off lol

I have to move 10 whole minutes straight!? that’s a lot of time to fill!! But probably good. Sometimes I try to remember to get up every 20 minutes or half hour or so but that is harder to do. But I do need to remember to at least get up every hour or so. I did work out today though and I think the other day. I am trying to do that more but hard to remember and I am lazy. But my current lifestyle is likely extremely dangerous. Sometimes I just run up and down the stairs a bunch until I start panting and/or my legs start burning which doesn’t take long lol

Clean a bathroom, a floor, run stairs, do laundry, play with the dogs, play with the cats, do dishes and stay off the internet!

Yes...you have to move more. The more often you move the easier it will become.
I'm not talking about doing jumping jacks for ten minutes straight now...just walk at least.
Ten minutes goes by fast.
