Ooooohhhhh that’s a good idea too!! Thanks! I’ll look into it! There’s a bunch around but some are pretty small so don’t have very many dogs and some I think already have a lot of people but I’m gonna look and see! That’s a good idea!
Balance is good. If you are sore, do a nice, slow, stretchy yoga class or something else that interests you. Let your muscles heal. Do NOT overdo it or you will not reap the benefits. Take a walk. With dogs. Without dogs. Doesn't matter. Just do it. Walking a lot is the best thing you can do for yourself other than changing your diet.
You simply MUST change your diet. No way around it. Don't ever go grocery shopping when you are hungry. Meal plan, make a list and do not deviate from the list. Doing this will help teach you self control. Of course, you have to want to do this. If you don't truly want to, you will fail. So, want it!
