Or, you could not watch TV, but I'm guessing that's one habit too many to go after at once.
Yes do that. Lotion is good when circumstances like that arise. Even better is staying hydrated so that way your body is healthy and doesn’t need as much lotion.![]()

Dish soap!!Yeah, this stuff works pretty well and fast when I remember to put it on lol and I actually drink a ton of water all day long and my pee has been really light yellow/almost clear lately and all I really drink is water so I don’t think it’s hydration but idk. Sometimes I don’t drink water for a few hours and then feel thirsty/dehydrated and chug a bunch at once and then pee it out not long after so maybe that is NOT proper hydration?but my hands also just tend to get really dry in the winter. Summer don’t have as many issues. Dry winter air maybe. Plus I wash my hands waaaaaayyyyyyyy too much and use dish soap almost every time.

Do not make it a diet. A diet is a temporary change to achieve some number on the scale that is largely pointless when it comes to real health. You need to make changes that you will stick with. Permanent changes so that you can live a healthy life. In order to be successful, you have to take it slow. Small, achievable goals.I probably sound extremely childlike and stupid though and those are all probably excuses, and dumb ones at that, so I think I will just suck it up and try harder at it. It can’t be that hard to eat healthy and use the iPad less. And it can’t be that hard to make lists. I definitely don’t want to let sugar or the iPad control me, I’m not that weak minded. That’s just ridiculous. I think tomorrow I will go grocery shopping and buy some healthier stuff and then I will try to just eat it and avoid the bread in the cabinet and all the other junk we have. Might toss the ice cream and marshmallows. Although it could be good to keep it and practice self control hah also, probably not the best time to start a diet with the Super Bowl coming up on Sunday.but oh well, I will try anyway. And just avoid eating all the crap on Sunday. Or maybe just a teeny bit of it. Idk.

No ranch. Make or buy some hummus or tzatziki. Nuts are a good choice too!That’s a good idea!! Can I use ranch for carrots and/or peanut butter for apples or no? Or maybe some nuts too? And lol tape is certainly the more effective method! Maybe tie my hands down too![]()

Opposite issue here. I dislike the feeling of water on my hands so I have to constantly remind myself to wash them when needed.Yeeeeeaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh....Dawn though so gentler than some?? But still. And I have a bit of OCD too so I wash them way too much. Like seriously, I could just wash them, get something on my hand/touch something,and wash them again.
