I probably sound extremely childlike and stupid though and those are all probably excuses, and dumb ones at that, so I think I will just suck it up and try harder at it. It can’t be that hard to eat healthy and use the iPad less. And it can’t be that hard to make lists. I definitely don’t want to let sugar or the iPad control me, I’m not that weak minded. That’s just ridiculous. I think tomorrow I will go grocery shopping and buy some healthier stuff and then I will try to just eat it and avoid the bread in the cabinet and all the other junk we have. Might toss the ice cream and marshmallows. Although it could be good to keep it and practice self control hah also, probably not the best time to start a diet with the Super Bowl coming up on Sunday.

but oh well, I will try anyway. And just avoid eating all the crap on Sunday. Or maybe just a teeny bit of it. Idk.
