The first dog fell through. We confirmed that he’s aggressive to other dogs and backed out.

Second dogs previous applications were denied so we’re first in line. We’re about to go have a second meeting with this girl.

Oh my gosh we love her.

She was pretty wound up and distracted at the shelter but who can blame her? It’s a stressful place for a dog. But she’s gorgeous and was fine with us mushing her face, touching her mouth and feets, etc.. seems like she might be a little bit of an escape artist though.

Tomorrow we’re taking old man Triumph to meet her and if all goes well she’s coming home with us. We’ll have a 3 week grace period to see if she’s a good fit in our home and the rest is history.

Oh yea, definitely renaming her.

I think it's getting a lil crazy with some dog pounds. They beg people to adopt adopt adopt as long as you do exactly as they saw and jump through soo many hoops it's not worth the drama. Coming to my home for visits to make sure the animal is doing ok after Its in my possession! No thanks. Sucks for the animals but some people don't want all that.

I totally forgot to even check what age she’s listed as. Oops.
She acts like a 2 year old but has the teeth of a 4-5 year old. I’m not really sure to be honest.
