We're going wakesurfing tomorrow and it only stopped freezing 4 days ago. And by we, I mean my husband. I'm just going out on the boat with him. No way I'm getting in that water!

If so, I feel your pain. Our last house was a rental and we were given 30 days to move before the owner sold the house and that was about 6 months before the house we were having built was finished. I had to live in my father-in-law's basement... It was awful.

We are. We’ve been so timely with our payments for the last two years, even dealt with them raising our rent. The housing market is just so ridiculous here. We don’t have anywhere to go, no near family. We’ve got to find a house fast.
