And I also actually had a second fried egg but I forgot to put oil or anything in the pan the first time so it stuck to the pan and burnt and wasn’t photo worthy but it was still edible so I ate it and made another for the photo LOL wanted more protein anyway.

And you can’t see it but there is spinach under there too.

Will be spending about $20,000 on the 2009 Ford F-350 diesel truck
The truck sputtered and died on a hauling trip to town...low compression on two cylinders due to two injectors sticking open...allowed diesel to overflow into the oil.
Ford dealership says it needs a new engine. They have to take the cab off to replace the engine.
Explored some options and hubby chose to have it done since we need the truck in operation soon for hay season. Lesser of several evils.
There goes my bathroom remodel this year!

On a brighter note: Maggie's eggs are beginning to internally pip today. And Daphne one of the Pekin has gone broody on 10 eggs in the duck coop!

Can you eat vinegar and dairy together? Maybe I should put the yogurt back and eat later? Just thought of this. The Bragg organic apple cider vinegar on the salad with the goat milk yogurt, blackberries, and honey. I already mixed those 3 but I could put it back at eat it later. Or is it okay to eat with the vinegar?
