Sorry about your hen K. Hope she heals up fast

My biggest gal is a big fan of the “stairs” that I provide for getting on and off the roost and also in and out of the coop. The step is just a milk crate but it means she doesn’t have to jump very far. If you are worried about repeat injury or anything maybe you could try something like that
