Move twice as much tomorrow.Kind of sort of might have possibly binged Broadchurch all day (or at least most of it) and also not moved like at all during that time....finally got up like an hour and a half ago (8:30ish) and checked the chicks (which I hadn’t done since morning
but they were fine. Still plenty of food and water) and collected eggs and then I did also kind of work out lol well not kind of. Did. At first just some stretches and stuff since my leg was kinda cramping a bit but then it turned into like jumping jacks, some squats, some lunges, sit ups, etc. and more stretching. And then I went outside and did some deep breathing. Wanted some fresh air after the work out. A bit stuffy and hot in the house. Then I went on a walk down the driveway to the mailbox (long driveway) and kind of did a couple laps around this garden thing there then back. Actually kind of walked a little bit toward these electrical boxes things just past it and around/behind those and back like I used to do with Gator :hot even stopped at the tree at the end of our driveway where he used to pee on the big rock growing into it lol used to have our address on it. Just a stone now. But I walked right up to the tree instead of just turning down the driveway. Idk why. Anyway. Got back in and just finished eating dinner a few minutes ago (actually almost 20 now since I’ve been typing for so long ha). Yes I know it’s late.
my dad made dinner earlier but I didn’t want it (wasn’t hungry plus don’t really like pork) so when I got back from the walk I made myself some scrambled eggs, sautéed spinach, and an English muffin with peanut butter on it. Haven’t eaten that yet but I’m about to along with some bread and butter pickle slices my dad got for me earlier when he went shopping. Would also have a banana but they’re really green still as he just got those too. But yeah. After this gonna go watch the last episode and a half ha and I actually watched I think one or two last night after I finished season 2 so I didn’t quite watch ALL of them today, only started watching around I think 3ish. But still. Enough that it’s bad cause I was sitting there all that time. I actually kept telling myself I would get up and do something and save the last few for tonight but then I just kept starting another one and another one lol so anyway. Idk. It’s kind of half

today I suppose. The
is because I worked out and went for a walk (albeit a very short one but still) and have also managed to eat no dairy and almost entirely healthy today. I say almost because I did have some cookies earlier

I was doing so well too. :/ but that’s it. Besides that and some ketchup and mayonnaise with lunch I have had no sugar or anything really. Didn’t even get myself a sweet tea earlier which I wanted to because I was up late last night and up early this morning so barely slept. But I didn’t because I knew it was bad. Couple buffalo burgers (they were small burgers), sweet potato, sautéed spinach for lunch, no butter on the potato even and no bun with the burgers just mayonnaise and ketchup, then nothing all afternoon and night except the cookies and slice or two of bread cause I was so enthralled in the TV
then just now scrambled eggs, sautéed spinach again and an English muffin and some pickles. But anyway, I have a feeling that despite the fact that I did finally move that it is going to be mostly
for doing nothing all day and getting nothing accomplished. Not even getting dressed or leaving the house.
I know I know.
I am normally never this bad though and I don’t really binge anymore because it usually gives me a headache or backache/body aches from sitting all of which it did but this show just has me so enthralled lol and feeling better with the food and workout and also WATER. Mostly forgot that too.
well had a bunch then went hours without it cause I didn’t go refill my glass.
