We apparently have two broodies again

I might test them and see which one is more serious haha

The Orpington was making all sorts of noise but she did start to get off the nest (got her to get back on though) so we’ll see. Whichever one is more serious I guess can stay.

The Orpington keeps thinking about it but isn’t consistent on staying. Australorp was on all day and now night and very puffy. We’ll see lol

Although not sure I want to encourage all these broodies as we only have 3 nest boxes haha

Accept the challenge and simply try do your best.

Hopefully the professor is going to be available to evaluate the past two weeks and give a fair assessment of grades.
Sorry the dean has dismissed the student claims about the sub teachers and the problems in the class.

Our original professor never came back. I wish I could contact him, just to send good wishes. He is/was a very sweet old man and a wonderful teacher in the time I had with him.

My daughter sobbed the first time she got a B. I told her I used to get paid for D's lol.

I’m not sobbing.. just pissed off. Mad at the school and mad at myself because I know I can do better.
Such a lame way to end my time at this college. A&M doesn’t have very high standards to beat, can’t get much worse than this.

Bombed the final, made a B in the class. Somehow scored higher than several classmates who did study; I think a group of them are going to the dean (again). Several people believe their final score is incorrect.
Whatever, I’m done. Moving on.

I think a B is great though.

And hopefully the dean listens this time, though I do think moving on is the best option.

Btw, you are very smart so not surprised you did better than a lot of people even without studying much.

One time I got the highest grade in the class on a test in a geology/earth science type class/freshman intro class thing and the professor thought I cheated cause I never did any of the homework yet got such a good grade. Nope, I just paid attention in class and remembered it all.

Plus I’d had some sciencey type stuff before. But yeah.

Not the same but you’re super smart so doesn’t surprise me!

Anyway, hope all your other classes go better.

And I really hope that professor is okay!!

Can you Google his name and see if there is an obituary or anything?

All puffed up LOL



Right after I took this picture, one of the littles ran past her, jumped on the nest box lip, and tried to get out but I pushed her back in (gently of course) and anyway, she fell right on Blackie of course this startled her and she went running off the nest! Got some food in the coop, ran outside, ran to the water bucket, quick scratch/bathe and ran back in. But she was kind of pacing/clucking and went back out when she saw I took her egg. And apparently didn’t like the 4 ceramics I put in the middle nest. She’s been outside a while but she just went back in a couple minutes ago so hopefully the chick jumping on her didn’t break her of being broody. I moved the ceramic eggs to her original nest for now and she’s back in so hopefully she stays broody! I figure, I want to get her to stay broody first, then move her later. Don’t want her to break cause of too much change at once. So far she is back so looking good. Also when she was outside she was PO’d and chasing everybody and all puffed up. still in broody mode, clearly. so hopefully she stays on the nest.
