Yes, it gives the dough time for the moisture to spread more evenly through the dough. It makes it possible to use slightly less water which in turn makes a flakier crust. Another neat trick is to roll out the dough while it is inside a very large plastic bag. It works really well and prevents a crust that is on the dry side from cracking while rolling it out.

I also cheated and got a marble rolling pin which because of its weight requires less effort when rolling out the dough.

Hey @jwyles do you have access to one of those super cool super fun machines where you get you blow into the little straw thing!? I remember going to this one doctor as a kid and every time I got to blow out the candles on the machine lmao the adult version probably doesn’t have fun video games built in though but I wanna play it again lol

Yes. Haven't done it since school though. Those tests are called pulmonary functions tests. Let me guess, you did those tests then had to do a bronchodilator and repeat them?

I think so haha idk it’s albuterol. I used to take another one too, Flovent I think. Took them together but then they said I only needed one now.

I really never ever use it though

I kinda outgrew asthma and now really only get it or use the meds when I get sick.

Although I think I need to start using them more often or go to the doctor cause I’ve had a lingering cough for like weeks now haha had a cold.



Also sometimes my chest is tight. Like now. And of course the wheezing.
