@CarpCharacin Look... this is all I will say. You love fish, you love research, biological sciences, computer sciences. Do some research on the different parts of the world. Create a spreadsheet to keep track of which fish AND plants go where. Decide on one region. Create a biotope. Make this aquarium immaculate. Something to be super proud of. For said research do not just confine yourself to your room and the computer. Go to the library and also seek out the assistance of experts in that area. I'm sure there are aquarists or fish societies with people who live in areas surrounding you. Network these people. See if something comes of it. It's a passion of yours so embrace it. The end.

Are you feeling better or taking another sick day?

Still feeling like crap but not gonna let it stop me this time! I actually feel a little bit better today. I slept a lot last night. It’s mostly just in my throat now - super scratchy/mucusy and my eyes are a little crusty so I’m showering but I think with the steam as well as some tea and honey or a cough drop I will be fine. I’m not as achey and nauseous and stuff today so I’m gonna try figure out how to soothe my throat and force myself to do something. Have a deep cough now too though so I might have take my asthma medicine but I don’t want to just lay in bed two or three days while I get over this. I want to do something. Of course don’t want to overwork myself and get worse either but I’ve decided I’m at least well enough to do something. Still rainy outside today so may get started on my room finally.

I read last night too. Went to bed later than I wanted, didn’t get off here till like 10 and then I literally took 45 minutes to decide on a book

But I did finally settle on one and start reading it. It’s a self help type one and man it literally describes me like exactly/explains a lot haha

Oh I forgot to say. It also took me forever to read cause I kept rereading the titles and index and beginning shit But I did finish a chapter and went to sleep around midnight I think.

I have one exactly like yours. Hubby bought it at Aldi of all places.

Also one like this:

I have to prune them at least every other year to keep them from looking scraggly. It's a chore but that's all they ever require, even during a drought.

They do grow super fast and are incredibly tough. I've enjoyed ours.
