Five finger death punch is in town or coming, maybe already gone i cant keep up. Also yall got me feeling old and lame. I haven't ever been able to afford a Great concert but i saw puddle of mudd as they were Just starting up that was pretty cool. I did alot of thoselocal shows when i was young and saw flogging molly once too

That day was so much fun. Granted, it was really hot at first, but the crowds were so lit for every single band which usually doesn’t happen (usually people only go crazy for the main ones) so it was fun lol

Oh, shit! Forgot about The Naked and Famous and Eels. Both also really rad at smaller venues. A Perfect Circle, Blink 182 (when I was a kid at the Gorge and first time in a mosh pit), tons of country concerts because they're always a blast, and a bunch of punk shows too. I'll be honest, I don't really remember a lot of them... can't be 100% certain as to why.

I mostly go to like pop punk/pop rock type shows haha

But I have been to a country one or two (saw Luke Bryan with my friend) and seen Taylor Swift lol and also seen Goo Goo Dolls and Switchfoot and Parachute together once and since have seen Switchfoot a bunch haha

And lately like the last few years I’ve been going to a lot of Christian ones for once

Never seen blink but I have seen Yellowcard. Saw them twice at Warped Tour and went to their final tour a few years ago which was amazing but so bittersweet.

I’ll hug friends, family, people I haven’t seen in forever (i.e. the bands or my out of state friends), etc.

If you hate normal hugs, you would probably despise sweaty, after show hugs lmao

They were rad. Maynard is SO weird. I would kill to see Nine Inch Nails. It's on my list of shows to see before I (or Trent Reznor) die.

That’s awesome! I bet that was a lot of fun. I haven’t listened to them much but like a few of their songs. Not really related but I also love Skillet haha and I love the local shows! Sometimes I honestly think they’re better haha every single local show I’ve ever been to even ones with hardly any people has been so amazing and everyone gets so into it and participated so much and too many bigger ones people don’t care aha

I just went to one last month and granted it was slightly bigger, just under 200 capacity, and sold out, and not exactly local, all touring bands, but still, it’s the smallest venue we have here so kinda local ha, and it was the bands first headlining tour, anyway, it was insane. Everyone went crazy for every single band not just the main one. Soooo many mosh pits, crowdsurfers, stage divers, etc. even at this tiny ass venue. It was awesome haha and also this band has played at a lot of bigger venues lately, closer to 500 capacity, as support on a lot of other tours, and people always seem to like them and participate and stuff, but this tour, at this tiny venue, was probably their most insane, fun show yet haha and the cool thing is they’ve played the same place a few years ago and had far less people and while it was fun, nothing like this lol but they’ve been growing a lot lately.

Anyway, sorry for the novel, just funny how local or small shows always seem to be the most fun lol I’ve been to some with like 20 people or less but everyone’s going crazy and enjoying it so it’s a lot of fun haha
