I'm back home now from the trip, and unfortunately I didn't see much aurora, but getting out made me feel less depressed, which is good. I think I saw a little aurora in the north sky, but it was too dim to get a picture.

I like Advantage multi. It’s a topical that takes care of fleas and heartworms.
Working at a mobile vaccine clinic taught me that it’s a hell of a lot easier to sell people on a “flea killer” than an “invisible mosquito disease” preventative.

Triumph almost stepped on momma spider last night. I told him if he got hundreds of spider babies in his fur, he’d be sleeping outside... sorry bubs.
Ever since the black widow I can’t freaking do spiders.

@Tesumph here heartworms are not an invisible killer. They are just about guaranteed if a dog isn't on prevention. Inside or outside.

That's a shame. That would have been a bucket list thing for me. I'd love to see the northern lights. Did you have fun?

I did have fun, but I wish I would have seen more of the northern lights. Some people saw more of them apparently, but they were further north: https://www.kxlh.com/news/montana-and-regional-news/northern-lights-appear-over-montana
I was just south of Helena, which I think was too far south.
