But don’t feel too bad, those egg labels are confusing and even “free range” doesn’t meant they’re outside or on grass! It just means there’s access to the outdoors. Which could be one tiny little pop door on the other end of the warehouse the bird doesn’t even know about and that “outdoors” could be a concrete slab. It’s extremely misleading
